Apple watch may have been just launched and if the reports are to believed about a million devices have been sold on the launch day itself in US alone. The data has came in from Slice technologies which tracked the e-receipts of 9080 online shoppers who opted in to have their email tracked.
According to the data accumulated by Slice technologies more than 62% of people chose the cheapest version i.e. the sport model with space grey finish. The stainless steel model followed the former for the takers, while customers seemed to prefer the 42mm dial over the 38mm.
Although these numbers are a rough estimation and nothing can be said concrete as of now. While it safe to say that the Apple watch has scored a home run in terms of launch day sales. We are waiting for an official number from Apple.
